Do you allow pets to stay?
We welcome small, well-behaved dogs in rooms 1,2 and 3 and Lagrange dogs in The Heritage Suite only. There is a £20 charge per stay for your furry friend. Please inform us of your pet before arrival and bring any dog beds and essentials needed.
Are children allowed to stay?
While our hotel is not specifically designed for children, we do allow children and infants in our Heritage Suite only unless it’s a full house booking. Kids over 12 that can share a room are welcome in all rooms. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring any children and we can advise on the best solution for you.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is permitted in the courtyard only. There is strictly no smoking inside the building.
What are your payment terms?
Full payment for your booking will be requested prior to your arrival. A record of your card will be kept on file for any unpaid charges upon check-out.
Do you have parking on-site?
Heart House does not have on-site parking. However we do have a loading and unloading back at the back entrance of the property on King Street. You can find parking facilities nearby on Trinity Square and in the surrounding areas. A long-stay paid parking option is also available at Poundstretcher, located just a 2-minute walk from the property.
What is your damages and missing items policy?
Any damages to your room or property during your stay, or any missing items when you check out, will be charged to your card. This includes damage or staining to linens, furniture, and soft furnishings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations and amendments must be made via email.
14 days or more before arrival: Full refund
7-13 days before arrival: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund; the total reservation amount will be charged.
Amendments to the original booking are subject to this cancellation policy.
For Full House group bookings, we require one month's notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within one month of check-in are non-refundable.
Christmas & New Year bookings require one month's notice for a full refund.
Please note: If you need to vacate your room earlier than planned, the remainder of your booking will not be refunded.
Can we check out late?
Check-out time is 12pm to allow for a leisurely morning. Late check-outs maybe available upon request. you will be charged a late check out fee of £20per hour if not arranged in advance. If there is another check in we may reserve the right to remove your belongings from the room.
We are happy to hold your luggage if you'd like to explore the area before leaving. Please note that luggage is stored at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any loss.

Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate any booking without refund or compensation if there is misbehavior, loud disturbances, or threatening conduct towards other guests or staff.
